***Bike pickup starts as early as 9am on the due back date provided. If bikes or accessories are not there upon pickup, additional fees will apply - as well as certain switch out fees. If we pick them up and you provided the wrong pick up date, bikes WILL NOT be redelivered.***
Once the rental begins, no refunds are granted. Although we inspect and maintain all bikes before they go out, if an unforeseen issue should arise, we do our very best to promptly rectify any issues!
